Made the sixteenth day of April

Between DORIS A. OGDEN, residing at 416A Valley Hi Circle, Colorado
Springs, Colorado 80910,
party of the first part, and
KATHERINE 0. GATELEY, residing at 12013 Delling Road, Wolcott, New York,
party of the second part,
Witnesseth, that the party of the first part, in consideration of

lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration
paid by the part y of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the
part y of the second part, her distributees
and assigns forever, all THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND situate in the Town
of Wolcott, County of Wayne and State of New York, on Lot No. 270, bounded and described as follows: Beginning in the centerline of Delling Road at a point 1323.41+/- feet N 83° 35' 50"; W, of its
intersection with the centerline of Brown Road; thence N 83° 35' 50"; W, 609.24
feet to a point which is 24.75 feet S 6° 24' 10" E, of an iron pipe;
thence continuing N 83° 35' 50" W, to a point which is 100 feet east of
an iron pipe, which iron pipe is about 50 feet east of the west line of Lot 270 and the east line of Lot 269, all as shown on a Survey of Lands
owned by Edward M. Ogden and Doris A. Ogden, as prepared by Harnish &
Lookup, dated April 2, 1958; thence northerly and parallel with the east line of lands of party of the first part a distance of 600 feet to a
point; thence S 83° 35' 50" E, to the east line of lands of party of the first part; thence S 6° 31' 40" W, along the east line of lands of
party of the first part to the point and place of beginning.
Being a portion of the premises heretofore conveyed to party of the first part and Edward M. Ogden, her husband, by Howard C. Spencer and
Gladys S. Spencer by deed dated March 6, 1956, which deed was recorded in Wayne County Clerk's Office on March 12, 1956.
Party of the first part covenants that her husband, Edward M. Ogden, died in the City of Rochester, New York in November 28, 1959.
This conveyance is made subject to restrictions and together with rights contained in the deed above referred to from Spencer to Ogden
which deed was recorded in Wayne County Clerk's Office March 12, 1956.
This conveyance is made subject to the rights of others to the use of a
private road running in a general north-south direction near the west line
of the parcel above described and grants unto parties of the second part
the right to the use of said private road or right-of-way
Together with the
appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the part y of
the first part in and to said premises,
To have and to hold the
premises herein granted unto the part y of the second
part, her distributees
and assigns forever.
And said
party of the first part
covenants as follows
First, That the part
y of the second part shall quietly enjoy the said premises;
Second, That said party
of the first part
will forever Warrant the title to said premises
Third, That, in compliance
with Sec. 13 of the Lien Law, the grantor will receive the consideration
for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the paying the cost of the
improvement and will apply the first to the payment of the cost of the improvement
before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
