The 1877 Medina Township map shows T. C. Moore [undoubtedly Edward's son] owning 308 acres of land almost exactly in the center of the township (in sections 17, 18, and 19 of T.23N., R.6W of the 2nd Principal Meridian). The 1904 map said he had 248 acres - although the property lines on the map appear to be the same as before. The 1923 Map show 148 acres belonging to Mary Moore - possibly a granddaughter of Edward..
We note that Tippecanoe County, where the Mikels family lived, is adjacent to Medina Township on Medina's eastern border. Also, there were several Foster families in the township, which is probably pertinent.
In 1994, Warren County, with its 12 townships, had a total population of about 9,000.
