I. Francis PEABODY (son of Isaac PEABODY and Sarah ESTES) b. 1 Dec 1694, Topsfield, Essex Co., MA, m. 27 Jan 1714, Dorothy PERKINS, b. 1695, d. 3 May 1771. Francis died 23 Apr 1769.  (See their descendants.)

II. Mary PEABODY (daughter of Isaac PEABODY and Sarah ESTES) b. 3 Feb 1696, Topsfield, Essex Co., MA. She married William JARVIS of Boston on Aug. 1, 1723.

III. Isaac PEABODY (son of Isaac PEABODY and Sarah ESTES) b. 15 Mar 1697, Topsfield, Essex Co., MA, d. 13 Jan 1739. He did not marry but did inherit the family mansion which, after his death passed to his brother-in-law John Batcheller (Anne's husband).

IV. Philadelphia PEABODY (daughter of Isaac PEABODY and Sarah ESTES) b. 28 Sep 1698, Topsfield, Essex Co., MA. She married Daniel REDINGTON on Feb. 27, 1722.

V. Matthew PEABODY (son of Isaac PEABODY and Sarah ESTES) b. 10 Dec 1699, Topsfield, Essex Co., MA, d. 20 Oct 1777.  He and his second wife died the same day and are buried in the same grave.

VI. William PEABODY (son of Isaac PEABODY and Sarah ESTES) b. 26 Jan 1701, Topsfield, Essex Co., MA. He was not mentioned in his father's will.

VII. Estes PEABODY (son of Isaac PEABODY and Sarah ESTES) b. 28 Sep 1702, Topsfield, Essex Co., MA, d. 31 Dec 1770. On May 19, 1746, he married Mary GOTT who died on Feb. 15, 1772. He resided at Killingly, CN, and died childless.

VIII. Joseph PEABODY (son of Isaac PEABODY and Sarah ESTES) b. 14 Jun 1704, Topsfield, Essex Co., MA, d. 31 Dec 1751. Married Nov. 22, 1729, Elizabeth BRADSTREET, a great-granddaughter of Governor BRADSTREET. SP# 21

IX. Sarah PEABODY (daughter of Isaac PEABODY and Sarah ESTES) b. 10 Mar 1706, Topsfield, Essex Co., MA. She married Luke AVERILL of Topsfield.

X. Anne PEABODY (daughter of Isaac PEABODY and Sarah ESTES) b. 31 May 1707, Topsfield, Essex Co., MA. On Oct. 2, 1727, she married John BATCHELLER.

XI. Hepzibah PEABODY (daughter of Isaac PEABODY and Sarah ESTES) b. 25 May 1709, Topsfield, Essex Co., MA. On Jan. 31, 1731, she married Ephraim WILDES.

XII. Samuel PEABODY (son of Isaac PEABODY and Sarah ESTES) b. 3 Jan 1711, Topsfield, Essex Co., MA, d. 23 Jan 1711.
