I. Mary WILLARD, b. 7 Sep 1653, Concord, Middlesex Co., MA. She married Cyprian STEVENS, Jan 22 1672, in Concord, Middlesex Co., MA, b. 1649. m. 1/22/1671 Cyprian STEVENS of Lancaster, MA. Five children.

II. Henry WILLARD, b. 4 Jun 1655, Concord, Middlesex Co., MA. He married (1) Mary LAKIN, 18 Jul 1674, d. BEF 1688. He married (2) Dorcas CUTLER, ABT 1689, d. AFT 1701. Henry died 1701.

a. Jonathan WILLARD, b. 21 Sep 1745, Lunenburg, Worcester Co., MA. He married (1) Betty CASWELL. He married (2) Katherine (STEVENS) STONE, March, 1781, b. 1758, d. 26 May 1834, Charlestown, Sullivan Co., NH. Jonathan died 1832.

Captain in the Revolutionary army

Resided at Lunenburg, Charlestown and Langdon, NH.

(He was a member of Lewis & Clark's "Corps of Discovery Expedition" up the Missouri River, over the Continental Divide and on to the Pacific Coast.)

Residing at Langdon, NH, on Dec. 7, 1812. He sold his shares of his father's  estate to his brother Joel.

VIII. Hannah WILLARD, b. 12 Oct 1666, Lancaster, Worcester Co, MA. She married Thomas BRITNALL, May 23, 1693, b. abt. 1660, Sudbury, Middlesex Co., MA. Hannah died after 1706.

m. 5/23/1693 Capt. Thomas BRONTALL of Sudbury. Nine children.

Mary Felyde SHARPE, b. before Oct 16, 1614.  She married Simon WILLARD, 1630/1631, in Horsmonden, Kent, England, b. 1605, Horsmonden, Kent Co., England, (son of Richard WILLARD),  and Margery HUMPHRIE d. 24 Apr 1676, Charlestown, Suffolk Co., MA.  Mary died abt 1643, Newton, MA.

                          In 1749, he was one of twelve English families in Stockbridge.

                                Married Ann Harris. They had nine children.

                     d.    Simon WILLARD, b. 25 Jan 1744, Wethersfield, Hartford Co., CN.  He married Sarah ROBBINS, b. 1 Mar 1751, d. 31 Nov 1834.  Simon died 13 Nov 1829, Trenton, Mercer Co., NJ.

                                Served in the sloop Anne, bound for the relief of New York in August, 1776.

                                He removed to Trenton NJ.

                            (2)  Ephraim WILLARD, b. 2 Oct 1772, Wethersfield, Hartford Co., CN.  He married Lucy GRISWOLD, 11 May 1797, b. 17 Apr 1777, d. 30 Jun 1865.  Ephraim died 8 Apr 1813, Trenton, Mercer Co., NJ.

                                       He resided at Trenton, NJ.

                                  (a)  Lucy F. WILLARD, b. 23 Oct 1798, d. 2/11/?.

                                        Willard Genealogy says she died in 1776.

                                        She married Mr. Woodbridge.

                                  (c)  John Griswold WILLARD, b. 25 Feb 1802, Wethersfield, Hartford Co., CN.  He married Melissa PEABODY, 16 Apr 1828, in Holland Patent, Oneida Co., NY, b. 26 Nov 1805, N. Stonington, New London Co., CT, (daughter of Joseph PEABODY and Sarah TAYLOR) d. 5 Jan 1893.  John died 4 Feb 1859, Millgrove, OH.

                                         There is no Millgrove in Ohio in 1998; there is one in Indiana. ???

                                        He and Melissa had eight children.
